Safe, beautiful and limitless in use

As the prestige of buildings increases, so do the demands for harmonious design down to the last detail. With the new NovoPorta Plano door series, Novoferm, Europe's leading system supplier of doors, gates, frames and operators, is expanding the scope for architects.

The flush-fitting door, which can optionally be installed flush with the walls, is manufactured in a unique variety of formats, designs and fittings. Naturally, it already meets the European product standards of tomorrow. This makes NovoPorta Plano an ideal solution for guest or customer contact areas such as surgeries or upmarket lounge, hotel and restaurant environments, as well as for sophisticated office environments.

When developing the NovoPorta Plano, Novoferm was able to concentrate entirely on perfecting the flush door rebate and the flush center stop for double-leaf variants. This is because NovoPorta Plano is the first offshoot of the platform strategy launched last year based on the NovoPorta Premio door series, a multifunctional steel door for classic commercial construction. With the blunt door rebate, Novoferm is expanding the interior design scope for rooms that impress with their overall effect. NovoPorta Plano has a smooth, flush design and, in the case of double-leaf doors, a flush center hinge in particular. The foaming strip is set back so as not to detract from the visual effect.

The variety of design options is naturally reflected in the selection of formats, colors and surface designs. NovoPorta Plano is available as a single or double-leaf door in individually plannable sizes up to 2,500 × 2,500 mm. It can be equipped in all variations with standard glazing in various window shapes as well as with different special glazing.
