Promstahl: Precisely fitting conversion saves costs

Ambitious project in Aschaffenburg: A warehouse more than 80 years old was to be modernized. There was no loading zone as we know it today, so the loading specialist Promstahl was commissioned with the conversion. As luck would have it, the old warehouse had the ideal grid dimensions for the installation of loading stations. Outside the building, 44 loadhouses, some equipped with 40 millimeter thermal panels, were installed on the converted building facades. In addition to the lower investment requirement, the operator gained storage space and achieved savings in energy and service costs. With the integrated dock leveller and the pre-assembled door seal, the loadhouses form a complete loading system in one piece.
