Design individual transport routes in 3D

Moving goods from A to B - the Item conveyor belt system ensures safe and reliable material transportation. The modular design enables self-sufficient conveyor lines and simple integration into existing systems. Conveyor belts and transport routes can now be planned quickly and easily using the engineering tool. Depending on the goods to be transported, the user determines whether they want to design a system based on a single or double direct drive.

Faultless design of stable conveyor belt systems

The designer receives valuable support from the software during configuration. First, they specify the conveyor type and the desired properties. Depending on the overall width, cross struts are automatically set in the system to ensure maximum stability of the structure. The conveyor belt support, which prevents the conveyor belt from sagging, is also added automatically. If required, the user can add further conveyor belt supports at any time.

In addition to the conveyor type and the overall width, the user selects the belt type - accumulating or non-accumulating - and specifies the center distance and the position of the motor in a clearly arranged screen. The user can choose between different efficiency classes and ratios for the respective drive unit. Using the cursor, he moves the drive unit close to the conveyor belt. The system immediately finds the appropriate interface and adds the corresponding motor mounting kits. Once the drive unit and conveyor belt have been connected, the transport speed and alignment of the motor can be specified.

The stud frame can be easily selected and positioned on the surface. Important parameters such as overall width, height, type of floor elements and construction method must be specified. The finished conveyor belt system can then be ordered directly. As with all other projects, the engineering tool provides comprehensive project documentation including assembly instructions. CAD data can be downloaded in the required file format within a few minutes and integrated into your own system. This leads to considerable time savings throughout the entire design process. As a result, the rule-based system enables error-free, fast and intuitive design of customized conveyor belts.
