Linde Material Handling has been manufacturing counterbalance trucks in Aschaffenburg since 1959. In March 2021, the millionth truck rolled off the production line. The completion of the anniversary vehicle was celebrated with an indoor firework display of red Bengal lights, spark fountains, smoke and lots of glittering rain around the number "1,000,000".
