Anselm Brackert becomes GSGroup General Manager for Hamburg
Hamburg, 31.08.2018 - GSGroup is expanding its presence in Germany with the addition of the Hamburg office, with Anselm Brackert (right) as General Manager. The 53-year-old previously held management positions at trailer rental company Paul Günther and in the leasing industry, among others.
"We are delighted that we have been able to recruit Anselm Brackert for our Hamburg team," said Morten Berntsen (left), CBDO of GSGroup. "With his many years of experience in transport and logistics, his in-depth knowledge of the industry and, last but not least, his collaborative management style, he meets all the requirements that we believe are necessary for the new position."
Brackert has already put together a four-person core team for support and sales, with further employees planned in the medium term. He sees the German transport industry undergoing a significant digitization and automation process:
"The demand for digital tracking systems and data acquisition products is high," says Brackert. "With the new location and the establishment of a motivated, customer-oriented team, we are seizing a great opportunity for the GSGroup, whose employees have been experts in this field for many years."
GSGroup AS is a provider of services and systems for mobile data capture solutions. Founded in 1992 as Guard Systems and based in Sandefjord, Norway, the company now has a total of 13 offices in 9 countries. mm
