Kemapack presents new pallet wrappers
Kemapack has introduced a new pallet wrapper in two versions (PWD-M1LP+ and PWD-M4LP+). Both have a flat turntable and flexible attachment of the drive-on ramps. The focus of the development: optimum space utilization and variable approach with the pallet truck, even in tight spaces.
The ground clearance of the turntable has been reduced by 60% - from 77 to 31 millimetres - on both models compared to their predecessors. This shortens the access ramp with a low ramp gradient and significantly reduces the space required. Five positions are available for attaching access ramps. When using one to three ramps, 12 different scenarios can be flexibly combined for access with the pallet truck. With the 270° ramp, the turntable can even be approached comfortably over the full angle range. The PWD-M1LP is equipped with a mechanical foil brake system. The PWD-MLP+ has a PreStretch dispenser with a fixed transmission ratio of 250 %, which offers considerable potential savings in film consumption.
