Kemapack opens its doors for a "look behind the scenes"

Landsberg-based packaging specialist Kemapack is inviting customers and trade visitors from the warehousing, shipping and logistics sectors to its in-house exhibition PackStage 2022 on May 11.

Products and services relating to strapping, stretch-wrapping and edge protection will once again be the focus of Kemapack's in-house exhibition PackStage 2022 this year. Highlights include the new PWR-S77 stretch robot and the OR-T55 semi-automatic battery strapping tool, which is also new.

Wrapping with minimal use of material

The PWR-S77 self-propelled robot in particular sets completely new standards in the field of stretch wrapping. It wraps pallets of any shape, size and weight with minimal film consumption. This is thanks to the "Cube Technology", which minimizes the amount of material used by controlling consumption and pre-stretching.

The OR-T55 semi-automatic strapping tool is a cost-effective entry-level model that is suitable for both PP and PET strapping. A tensioning force of up to 2,300 N can be achieved with little effort using the manual tensioning process. This makes the OR-T55 suitable for light and medium-weight packages.

Live demonstrations and catering

Guided tours of the plant and live demonstrations will allow visitors to experience numerous other innovations from Kemapack. These include, for example, various fully and semi-automatic strapping machines, turntable and rotary arm winders, a wide range of edge protection solutions and stretch films.
