Our eleven for 23: In materialfluss's exclusive survey, eleven experts assess where the journey is heading this year. Arnold Vetter, Managing Partner of Vetter Industrie, is one of them.
Courage and action - they belong together. Both will be needed in 2023! We are more than ready to "break out with courage". What else can we do, because waiting for the political players is ill-advised. What really gives us courage is self-confidence in our collective ability - the ability of our suppliers, our customers and our own team, who together always find good solutions to the many challenges we face.
That welds us together. Our products and solutions are needed, and many innovations are in the pipeline. Of course, you have to have the courage to implement the many good ideas. If you take this to heart, you can achieve a lot in 2023. Especially in these times, intralogistics shows how indispensable it is. The following applies: Don't mope around and don't lose your sense of humor! We at Vetter will continue to work hard in 2023 to make the "forklift world" even better. I do not expect a sharp economic downturn in 2023, but rather a sideways movement with slight ups and downs. Inflationary developments will weaken again. Provided, of course, that there are no new external shocks.
