Hannover Messe launches Call for Papers
Digitalization and sustainability - these are the key themes of Hannover Messe 2022, the world's most important industrial trade fair, which will provide impetus for the transformation of business and industry.
The interplay of digitalization, artificial intelligence, automation and sustainable energy concepts will be presented by exhibitors at the Hannover Messe from 30 May to 2 June as solutions to the global challenges of climate change. All exhibiting companies can take part in the Call for Papers to present their solutions, concepts or best practices to an international audience. This year, three stages will be available on the exhibition grounds: The Industry 4.0 Stage in Hall 8, the Energy 4.0 Stage in Hall 12 and the Tech Transfer Stage in Hall 2. The program on all stages will be streamed live. The application deadline for the Call for Papers is March 23.
The Industry 4.0 stage in Hall 8 will focus on topics such as automation and sensor technology, cloud and infrastructure, analysis and data management, digital platforms, robotics, IT security or AI and machine learning as well as the circular economy in the context of reducing CO2 emissions.
On the Energy 4.0 stage in Hall 12, experts from the energy sector will discuss the latest trends and solutions for an energy-intelligent future. Topics include the secure expansion of renewable energies and storage capacities, energy-efficient and CO2-neutral production, digital energy management and energy monitoring, sustainable mobility, electrification and sector coupling, as well as the circular economy and resource efficiency. Other topics include green hydrogen, building automation, smart metering and smart grids.
The tech transfer stage is all about the exchange between science, business and politics. The latest applied industrial research projects will be presented by scientists and developers. The focus is on the direct exchange of information, successful technology transfer and the discussion of solutions and answers to the challenges of tomorrow's industry.
