Stefan Ulrich becomes CEO of the Simon Hegele Group
With the appointment of Stefan Ulrich as CEO of the Simon Hegele Group, the logistics service provider headquartered in Karlsruhe is completing its fundamental strategic realignment.
The business graduate has been part of the Simon Hegele Group's management team since 2015 and was responsible for the successful implementation of the Group-wide optimization programme in this position. Ulrich has many years of experience as a board member and management consultant in strategic management. In his new role, he will now be responsible for the expansion of the business and the finance department, among other things.
As a further step in the organizational change, Christoph Ludin (Industry & Trade), Karim O. Darvich (Industry & Trade) and Mike Winter (Healthcare) will strengthen the management of Simon Hegele Gesellschaft für Logistik und Service mbH in the future.
"Simon Hegele is an important supply chain service provider for well-known international companies in the field of international contract logistics with its sometimes unique services," says Stefan Ulrich. "I look forward to working with my colleagues and employees to further develop existing customer relationships, attract new partners and expand the business internationally."
Dieter Hegele, who remains the main shareholder of Simon Hegele Holding GmbH, is convinced by the new man at the helm: "Stefan Ulrich is an experienced manager who has played a key role in the successful realignment of our Group over the past four years. I wish him every success in his new role. Together with the now completed management team, Stefan Ulrich will lead the Simon Hegele Group into a successful future."
