New management position at Hoyer
Gerd Peters is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Hoyer Group, continuing his long career with the company. Together with Ortwin Nast as Chief Executive Officer, he forms the Executive Board of the international logistics company.
Since the beginning of 2018, Peters has had overall responsibility in another Hoyer family business and has now been reappointed to his previous position as CFO of the Hoyer Group. "Gerd Peters is highly valued by us as well as by our employees. We are delighted that he has taken over the position of CFO again," explained Chairman of the Advisory Board Thomas R. J. Hoyer. Peters added: "I have enjoyed a trusting working relationship with the Hoyer family, the Advisory Board and the Management Board for many years. I am delighted to be able to continue to help shape the future of the company." Dr. Philip Nölling has been CFO of the HOYER Group since February 2018 and is leaving the company to take on another role. "Dr. Philip Nölling has made an important contribution to the company's development in recent months. We would like to thank him for his dedicated commitment," says Thomas R. J. Hoyer.
