DB Schenker expands its network in Spain
DB Schenker continues its growth course in Europe. The German company announced today the acquisition of the entire share capital of Grupo Loserco and Transportes Santos Campos, two leading companies in land transportation in Spain.
With these two acquisitions, DB Schenker will integrate seven new centers with more than 150 employees that will continue to serve existing and new customers. The acquisitions are a further step in the expansion of DB Schenker's network, strengthening the company's presence in the Iberian market.

"They also enable us to expand our offering in the region with broader and more comprehensive services. This underlines our claim to leadership at a challenging time for the logistics industry and for our customers."
Cyrille Bonjean, Executive Vice President Land Transport at DB Schenker in Europe, adds: "The integration of these companies in Spain is the next step in a phase of growth and geographic expansion that we expect to be very successful and full of opportunities for DB Schenker and our team."
Both acquisitions are part of the strategy for global expansion and continuous growth that DB Schenker has developed and refined based on its strong business model.
With these acquisitions, DB Schenker will expand its workforce in the Iberian Peninsula to more than 2,100 professionals working directly and indirectly in 31 locations. In recent years, the company has expanded and optimized its business across Europe with the aim of accelerating the pace of growth to further consolidate its leading position in the industry
