With a total take-up of 6,900,000 m² of rental space accumulated by all market participants in Germany in this market segment, the result corresponds to a market share of 14.3%. In terms of the space brokered exclusively by agents, i.e. less the leases concluded by owner-occupiers and without agents, Realogis has a share of 19% and is thus involved in brokering almost one in five square meters in this market segment in Germany.

The positive result reflects Realogis' continuously increasing market penetration throughout Germany and its market leadership among all international and national brokerage houses in Germany. The group is strategically represented in the top 7 industrial and logistics locations of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart. With a separate organizational unit, Realogis also ensures a high level of transparency in around 15 other continuously growing regional industrial and logistics real estate markets.
