Logistics section of Segro Airport Park Berlin fully let
The industrial real estate group Segro has let the last 5,300 square meters of warehouse and hall space in the logistics section of Segro Airport Park Berlin. This means that all of the space in the 72,500 square meter logistics section has been let.
Good connections to the airport and road traffic
A subsidiary of Modulor GmbH, a trading company with a product range for professional and hobby creatives, is renting the space for ten years from September this year. In the long term, up to 50 new employees will take over the company's production and logistics operations there. Segro Airport Park Berlin is located in the immediate vicinity of the capital's new airport and is connected to the B 96a as well as the A 113 and A 117.
"We are delighted to have found another long-term tenant in Modulor. As with the previous lettings to attractive companies such as AMS and Li-Mi, it was not only the high quality of the location and the properties that were decisive, but above all our willingness to flexibly implement individual tenant wishes," says Christopher Gigl, Development Manager at Segro. Realogis, a consultancy firm specializing in the letting and investment of industrial and logistics properties, advised Segro on the letting of the last three logistics spaces with a total rental area of 17,000 square meters.
