Japan Steel Works Europe rents before construction begins
Japan Steel Works Europe GmbH (JSW Europe) has signed a new ten-year lease agreement for a total of 1,082 square meters at Segro Business Park Düsseldorf-Süd. A fifth phase is being added to the Segro Business Park Düsseldorf-Süd. JSW Europe signed the tenancy agreement before the start of construction. This is for ten years and came into force on September 15. JSW Europe already has its European headquarters in Düsseldorf and will build a new technical center in the Segro-Park. There, the company will work on product specifications and also set up a service support for customers. Japan Steel Works was founded in 1907 in Japan, Hokkaido, and specializes in the production of high-quality steel. The company is one of the world's most sought-after steel manufacturers.
