Four Parx's Wesseling logistics park goes to Deka Immobilien
Dreieich, 28.08.2018 - Four Parx has sold the second construction phase of the logistics park in Wesseling to Deka Immobilien for 11.3 million. Deka had already secured the first construction phase at the end of 2016.
Four Parx was also recently able to announce that the logistics property has been fully leased to the fashion retailer Snipes, a cooperation partner of the documentus Group and pfm medical. The second construction phase of the Wesseling logistics park comprises 10,000 square meters of hall space and 500 square meters of office space on 18,500 square meters of land.
Francisco J. Bähr, Managing Partner of Four Parx GmbH, explains: "Space in economic and logistical hot spots is rare and demand from users and investors is high. With the long-term lease and the sale of the entire space to Deka Immobilien, we have successfully completed the project."
