Hyundai Heavy Industries Europe: New machine program
Hyundai (HHIE) used the IMHX trade fair to launch a new range of machines for material handling and warehouse technology. The new range includes electric stand-on and pedestrian pallet trucks with lifting capacities from 1.5 to 2 tons. Also new is the electric reach truck 16BRJ-9. The range includes the following models: 18EP - pedestrian pallet truck, 20EPR - pedestrian pallet truck, 15ES - pedestrian pallet truck, 15ESR - pedestrian pallet truck and 16BRJ-9 - reach truck. All pallet trucks in the new range are characterized by their manoeuvrability thanks to their short wheelbase. The "Turtle Button" enables high precision in a small space, and the operator can operate the lift lever completely upright, making the truck all the more compact and precise to steer. Safety has been given top priority in the new series, which is why the machines also feature rollover protection and a brake with energy recovery and intelligent speed control.
