Over corner labeling

A logistics labeler that labels packages of different heights in a continuous flow, a corner labeler that applies labels of different lengths - these and other solutions will be presented by Bluhm Systeme at the trade fair. The Legi-Air 6000 logistics labeler is designed for this,

to label cartons of different heights with shipping labels as they pass along the conveyor belt. And at a very high speed: depending on the print content and label size, the system labels up to 2,400 parcels per hour. As the applicator is made of carbon fiber, it is extremely light and can be moved more quickly. Another special feature: the applicator is not operated pneumatically, as is usually the case, but servo-electrically. This means that less compressed air is required, thus reducing operating costs. The Legi-Air 4050 CWS label pressure dispenser saves time in warehouse logistics: equipped with a corner wrap applicator, it applies labels to the corners of packaging. The label dispenser processes labels with a length of up to 400 millimetres. After printing, it applies them either on one side or in different length ratios - 1:1, 1:3 or 2:3 - around the corner.
