High-speed labeler for shipping labels

The Legi-Air 6000 logistics labeler from Bluhm Systeme labels up to 2,400 shipping cartons per hour - depending on the print content and label size. It will be presented alongside other products at CeMAT. A sensor determines the height of the incoming parcel to be labeled in advance and the dispensing stamp

can already move into position before the labeling process, the travel distance of the Legi-Air 6000 is shortened. The carbon fibre applicator is also easier and faster to move. The servo-motor drive of the label applicator is up to 50 percent faster than a pneumatic drive and is also cheaper as it does not require compressed air. The Legi-Air 4050 CWS label pressure dispenser, on the other hand, prints labels and applies them to packaging at different heights and in different lengths. It processes labels up to 400 mm long. Cartons on the pallet or on the shelf can then be recorded more quickly, as the information on the labels can be read from two sides. Labels of different lengths can be processed without tools and without format-dependent change parts.
