Flexible labeler with intelligent electronics
Profi Label presented the enhanced eMatrix S7000 labeling system at FachPack. Thanks to the in-house developed easyRotation tilting and rotating function, the eMatrix S7000 is an all-rounder. In just a few simple steps, it labels from different layers (top, bottom, side labeling and optional additional over-corner labeling). Just in time for FachPack, the labeler has been expanded to include new sensors such as temperature, compressed air, support air and label path sensors. The analysis data obtained in this way enables automated control and service routines that guarantee the high availability of the system. Monitoring of the system, which is used for example in production for product labeling or in logistics as an on-demand load carrier labeler, is now possible at any time via a mobile app on smartphones and tablets. The eMatrix S7000 is therefore an all-rounder labeling system for individual requirements in the line. Labels are printed and applied precisely in a single operation - with no lead time. Label rolls with a diameter of up to 400 millimetres and a maximum label width of 170 millimetres can be processed. The large label stock ensures continuous operation. A wide variety of products such as blanks, precision parts, cartons, sacks or pallets can be labeled in many different ways. The eMatrix S7000 is operated via intuitive control software on an industrial touch panel. For use in harsh environments, the labeler is also equipped with a dust cover or dust protection housing.
