Bluhm Systems: Automated labeling

At Automatica, labeling specialist Bluhm is presenting systems for the automated marking and labeling of products and packaging. The Alpha HSM high-speed label dispenser is one of these and is described by the company as a "true customization artist": As the rewinder and unwinder have their own drives, they can be installed regardless of location. In addition, around 65 modules allow for device configuration. With protection class IP 65, it is protected against splash water and dust and is suitable for use in the chemical, food and building materials industries. The Legi-Air 6000 logistics labeler, which achieves 2,250 cycles per hour with labels in DIN A 6 format and a product height difference of 500 mm, will also be presented. Depending on label size, text change and dispensing stroke, even 2,400 labels per hour are no problem.
