The original on the left is a product from Mascot International, Silkeborg, Denmark. The counterfeit on the right comes from Rukka, Tübach, Switzerland. The counterfeit is also only sold in Switzerland. Often the clients or importers of counterfeits also come from industrialized countries. For years, the nominees for the Plagiarius have included more and more European companies, and often the original manufacturer and the alleged plagiarist even come from the same country. And increasingly, the counterfeiters are former production or distribution partners.
