Intelligent load carriers are the basis for the digital transformation in logistics. Söhner Kunststofftechnik provides an up-to-date overview of the options for tracking load carriers and transport containers along their route using RFID technology.

Among other things, the supplier will be exhibiting a reusable large load carrier from the Megapack folding systems series with two RFID tags integrated into the pallet. Before delivery, the company inscribes the transponders with a serial number and, at the customer's request, with further, additional information, such as content or load details. The stored data can be retrieved and updated by radio at logistically important points. Each load carrier with RFID tags can thus be identified and tracked in the supply chain.
