With the expansion, the company now offers an ecosystem of solutions to increase efficiency on the shop floor, strengthening the role of human workers. The solution collects data using the capture capabilities of MARK scanners, which can then be processed by Insight and accessed by business users according to their preferences. ProGlove Insight is already being used at over 100 customer sites to optimize workflows and increase efficiency in their own operations, including companies such as DPD and Horsch.

The data collected provides insights into the functioning of the barcode symbols, device configurations, time stamps, temperature values, battery status and much more. This provides insights for improving work processes. ProGlove Insight thus captures processes at their origin and carries the information gained up to the management level of the company. This provides an overview of the organization's entire warehouse processes and thus supports data-driven decision-making.

ProGlove Insight is an API-first platform based on an ecosystem of solutions: The award-winning MARK family of barcode scanners is at the center of this system. They are complemented by the Insight web portal, which enables plug & play visualization of the processes described above. Through a series of APIs, companies can also use the Insight data via their enterprise warehouse management or business analytics systems, enhancing the data already available in these systems. Furthermore, the ProGlove Insight mobile app, together with the ProGlove Gateway, provides access to production and work sites. They also offer the option of sending notifications to employees directly in action.
