Ecovadis Platinum Medal for Linde Material Handling
The goods handling specialist Linde Material Handling (MH) has made progress in achieving its sustainability targets and has been awarded a platinum medal by the rating agency Ecovadis.
In the certification carried out at the end of 2023, the Aschaffenburg-based company received above-average scores in all four assessment categories. Compared to the previous screening, Linde MH increased its scorecard in the categories "Ethics" and "Sustainable procurement".
Sustainability report as an important basis
The data for the audit comes from all relevant departments such as occupational safety, environmental management, purchasing, human resources and production. An important basis for certification is the sustainability report, which Linde MH published for the first time in 2015. The current 2022 edition is published on the website. It documents the status quo for the areas of sustainability strategy and management, corporate governance, environmental protection, products and solutions, good employer and social commitment.
