Unicarriers adopts growth strategy for sales and service

and services. The components include individual financing models, maintenance and repair contracts, warehouse planning, fleet management, driving and safety training and the sale of used equipment. Customers receive all services regardless of their location and authorized dealer. In addition to direct sales with its own UniCarriers service network, more than 200 dealers and 50 distributors in Europe alone ensure that UniCarriers 360° services are available nationwide. In order to meet the requirements of major customers even better, the manufacturer UniCarriers is introducing Premium Partner status for selected dealers and distributors from 2017. "Our dealers offer expert advice directly at the customer's premises. Certification as a Premium Partner strengthens the important bond with them and is part of our quality management in sales," says Bengt Kristiansson, Managing Director UniCarriers Germany and Vice President Sales and Marketing.
