In a celebratory mood
Suffel receives 75,000th Linde vehicle
The forklift truck manufacturer Linde Material Handling and the company Suffel Fördertechnik have now celebrated an anniversary: Linde management handed over the 75,000th truck to the largest authorized dealer in Germany.
An electric forklift truck, type E30, from the current 387 series was chosen as the anniversary truck. The 75,000th Linde truck in Suffel's company history was received directly on the assembly line at the Nilkheim plant by Managing Director Martin Suffel and Suffel Sales Manager Frank Christl.
A lot has changed in almost 60 years of close cooperation. "Back then, my father still counted the trucks by hand," recalls Martin Suffel, who took over the company in 1994 as the second generation. "But one thing has always remained the same: the commitment to the Linde brand and the passion for our trucks." In 2018 alone, Suffel sold 3,800 Linde trucks to its customers. The most successful truck of all time was the Linde E12 - 20 of the 386 series, of which the dealer delivered 6,300 units to companies in industry, trade and commerce.
"With Suffel Fördertechnik, we have a strong and trustworthy partner at our side who sells our products and solutions extremely successfully in their sales territory," says Florian Heydenreich, Linde MH Vice President Germany Sales & Service. "Congratulations! Here's to the next 75,000 vehicles!"
