Jungheinrich and Fricke establish joint venture
Jungheinrich and the Fricke Group have founded a joint venture for international spare parts distribution. With immediate effect, the companies are pooling their expertise in intralogistics and spare parts wholesale.
Jungheinrich and Fricke see the potential in the independent aftermarket and e-commerce as particularly promising. Christian Erlach, Jungheinrich Board Member for Sales: "Our customers are the main beneficiaries of the close cooperation between Jungheinrich and Fricke. Fricke's many years of expertise in e-commerce combined with Jungheinrich's know-how in truck construction and service offers great opportunities for a particularly customer-friendly spare parts supply." Hans-Peter Fricke, Managing Director and owner of the Fricke Group, explained: "Jungheinrich and Fricke are two family companies with shared values.
