The 15BT-9U/18BT-9U and 20BT-9U three-wheel forklifts in the 1,500 to 2,000 kg load capacity range feature Zapi ACE series controls, Schabmüller drive motors and ZF wheel gearboxes. The new motors are also more powerful (drive motors 2 x 5.4 kW, lift motor 14.9 kW). Zapi ACE control units with IP 65 protection ensure improved, smoother control of the motors.

The new electric steering system only consumes energy when the steering wheel is operated, reducing power consumption by up to 33%. The steering resistance increases with the driving speed - this ensures safe driving of the three-wheel forklift trucks, which can reach speeds of up to 20 km/h. Another new feature is the electromagnetic parking brake, which is activated automatically when the truck is stopped, without the need to operate a switch. It also reliably prevents the truck from rolling backwards on inclines/ramps.

The 4.3-inch display is glare-free and even easier to read. The driver is informed about all operating statuses, selects from three working modes and receives error messages via code. OPSS system (Operator Presence Sensing System) (lift and mast tilt are blocked when the driver is not in the seat)

Hyundai offers LION batteries with NMC technology for all three-wheel forklift trucks. The truck controls are configured as standard for switching from conventional to LION batteries. The masts of the three-wheel forklift trucks cover the range from 2,700 to 7,000 mm - thus covering all typical areas of application.

The four four-wheel forklift models 25B-9U, 30B-9U, 32B-9U and 35B-9U cover the load capacity range from 2,500 to 3,500 kg/500 mm LSP. These are now equipped with electro-hydraulic power steering, which saves up to 17% energy. New quiet hydraulic pumps are a further feature for more power, lower consumption and reduced noise. The 25B-9U is powered by a 720 Ah/48 V battery. The larger machines are powered by 810 (900 Ah batteries. LION batteries with 564 Ah (NMC technology) are available for all four-wheel models.
