Helena Gennutt,

Manual becomes automatic

At the trade fair, the family-run company HaRo will be exhibiting a conveyor system for the first time that is designed to transport common goods such as pallets and pallet cages as well as transport trolleys over several levels.

This involves a vertical conveyor, an automated guided vehicle system (AGV) and an integrated robot. With this combination of equipment, HaRo enables fully automated parts transportation from a single source. The HaRo chain conveyors, which transport pallets or pick trolleys upwards on two tracks in the vertical conveyor, are also equipped with guide rails and wheel turners. This ensures that the wheels of the pick trolleys are kept on track and automatic transportation is not impeded.
