Habasit: Extra wide for the material flow

In Stuttgart, Habasit will be focusing its trade fair presence on wide timing belts from the HabaSync product family. With a width of up to 600 millimetres, they are currently the widest timing belts available on the market and are suitable for a wide range of conveying tasks. The HabaSync wide timing belts open up completely new areas of application, for example in the production of vehicle tires. With the new belts, tire manufacturers can now transport even the widest tire models to the tire building process. Here, they replace several conveyor belts running in parallel. Another example is the glass industry, where the new wide timing belts are used to transport large glass panes. The timing belts are available both open and endlessly connected.
