Smart-Flow introduces premium Euro range SF800PREM

The Premium Euro pallet is available in accordance with the current Euronorm system in the dimensions 1200 x 800 and with a weight of 11.6 kg. The Premium Euro pallet with three runners is suitable for medium-heavy loads up to 600 kg. For heavier loads of up to 1,000 kg, it can be reinforced with three additional metal bars.

The Premium pallet is available with a 7 mm high edge to make transporting the goods on the load carriers even more stable and safe. This means that foldable and nestable containers can be stacked very stably and easily without damaging the goods. The additional attachment of four castors on the underside and a guide bar on the back of the pallet makes it particularly easy to move. It also serves as a stable base for the Smart Sleeve Packs, the foldable large load carriers from Smart-Flow, which are used as flexible large load carriers both in production and for the transportation of loose and particularly sensitive goods.

Integrated RFID chips or easy-to-attach QR codes ensure traceability. The premium range is made from high-quality HDPE plastic, either as a pure product or from recycled plastic. "The automation of the supply chain is also gaining momentum due to the pandemic and is having an impact on the quality and requirements of the load carriers used. Our new, robust SF800PREM premium Euro pallet is a flexible basic load carrier that is also well suited for use in conveyor systems, for example, which are increasingly in demand, as it is durable, easy to clean and pleasant to handle," says Grégory Vandewiele, Plant Manager Smart-Flow.
