The company produces sustainable special plastic containers. The new Biofaltbox developed by Walther is made from 93 percent renewable raw materials. Every two years, the Stifterverband awards the seal of approval to companies for their achievements in the field of research and development. "The award with the seal of approval confirms that we are already taking a very progressive and innovative approach. Together with our employees, we are constantly developing ideas to bring new products onto the market and optimize our existing range," says Dominik Lemken, authorized signatory and Head of Development at Walther Faltsysteme.

In addition to its commitment to young academics, universities and research, the Stifterverband evaluates innovations and research projects. The "Innovative through research" seal of approval is the result of the annual statistics on research and development activities in German companies, which are compiled on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
