New on the market: TC Palgrip range from Craemer
All models in the TC range are now optionally available with a full-surface Palgrip anti-slip deck for load securing.
The completely closed, fully anti-slip coated upper deck and the smooth lower deck of the TC Palgrip are characterized by good cleaning properties. In addition, the cavity-free and rib-free design of the hygiene pallet offers protection against contamination or water ingress. The Palgrip anti-slip coating is made of polyethylene, just like the pallet itself, and is firmly bonded to it - thanks to its manufacture in a single production step.
The dimensionally stable TC Palgrip® pallet can withstand temperatures from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius, even up to +90 degrees for short periods, and is suitable for use on roller conveyors, chain conveyors and in automated high-bay warehouses. The load capacity in the rack can be increased to up to 2,000 kilograms - by means of integrated, corrosion-protected metal reinforcement profiles, which are available as an option. In addition, approach slopes on both sides of the non-welded runners enable transportation with industrial trucks. Thanks to the anti-slip deck, the TC Palgrip offers slip resistance even in damp and sloping conditions. An optional RFID transponder completes the hygiene range.
The TC Palgrip is available in Euro dimensions of 1,000 x 800 millimetres with three runners (TC1) and in industrial dimensions of 1,000 x 1,200 millimetres with three (TC3) or five runners (TC3-5). The height of the pallets is 160 millimeters.
