Due to the positive response to the Euronorm basicline series and the basicline plus, which is specially designed for small parts warehouse requirements, the basicline series has now been extended to include a large container series with basic dimensions of 800 x 600 mm. This completes the extensive basicline range. It now includes all Euro standard basic sizes from the mini container with 200 x 150 mm to the large container with 800 x 600 mm.
The new basicline plus large containers measuring 800 x 600 mm offer space for the transportation and storage of large goods of all kinds. The large containers are available in five heights for different applications: 120 mm, 175 mm, 220 mm, 320 mm and 420 mm. The plastic containers are made of PP-C and are very dimensionally stable and resilient with a low net weight.

The versatile basicline plus large containers score points with numerous optionally available variants, making them ideal for use in warehouses, intralogistics and modern production logistics. The large containers can be equipped with various extras, such as a front removal opening or removal flap, water drainage holes and compartment dividers. Flexibility is required when storing different products. For this reason, the containers are also available with slots in the side walls for individual subdivision on request. Divider plates can be inserted into the slots, allowing the container to be subdivided as required from ½ to 1/16 division.

Can be added separately: runners, feet or wheels

Depending on the required load capacity, the large containers are available with a smooth base, a running rim base or a sandwich base. For efficient production logistics, the large containers are also available with runners, feet or wheels and can be easily transported with a hand pallet truck or forklift. With the help of the wheels, the containers can also be moved by hand. Skids, feet and wheels are available separately as accessories for self-assembly and can be easily attached to the container using a plug-in connection. For particularly high stability requirements, the containers are also available with a bolted base on request.

With the varioPallet, the manufacturer bekuplast is launching a versatile load carrier onto the market. With an open and closed deck, this robust medium pallet is ideal for both the food and non-food sectors.

Robust for high load capacity

The varioPallet is characterized by its high stability, although it is a real lightweight among the medium pallets with a net weight of only around 11 kg. For even higher load capacities, the varioPallet with perforated and closed deck will also be available with steel reinforcement and welded runners in the future. For optimum use with forklift trucks, the runners have approach slopes on both sides.

Thanks to the smooth surfaces and the optional completely closed runners, the varioPalette is particularly easy to clean and meets the highest hygiene standards. When positioned as intended, it has no scooping openings so that neither dirt nor water can collect. The name of the vario pallet says it all: the multifunctional medium pallet can be variably adapted to special logistical requirements thanks to additional options. It is therefore ideal for use in many areas, such as intralogistics, industry, food logistics or retail. The pallet is optionally available with various outer edges, both without a safety edge and with a safety edge 7 or 22 millimetres high. In order to be able to use the entire 1,200 x 800 mm base area of the pallet, the 22 mm high securing edge is also available with an external edge.

Secure hold

However, it was not just stability, load capacity and rigidity that were taken into account when developing the varioPallet, other aspects were also considered: anti-slip stoppers are available for pallets with a perforated deck. In addition, the pallets generally have shrink corners to ensure that packaging film is held in place. Recessed pockets in the deck ensure optimum strapping and the pallets can also be fitted with RFID transponders for seamless traceability. The varioPallet is generally available in different material qualities. Depending on whether the pallet is used as a one-way pallet or export pallet, returnable pallet or hygiene pallet, you can choose between reclaimed material and PP or HDPE virgin material.
