Craemer presents two new pallet boxes

New additions to Craemer's range of plastic pallet boxes: the SB3 and the large-volume CB3 High, which the manufacturer claims are extremely durable. Both are manufactured in a single cast and are designed to impress with their high resistance and durability as well as a design that offers advantages in everyday handling.

The new pallet boxes are made of high-quality, food-safe polyethylene and are available in industrial dimensions (1,200 x 1,000 millimetres) with closed walls and three longitudinal runners or nine feet. The SB3 is also available in a perforated version with rounded slots on the inside. The 790 millimeter high SB3 has a capacity of 610 liters and a payload of 700 kilograms. Depending on the version, it weighs between 39 and 42.5 kilograms. Its particularly stable skid or foot connection ensures extreme durability and, in the skid version, safe tipping via a slewing ring. The all-round stacking step in the upper and lower edge also makes the SB3 compatible with a wide range of other containers.

The CB3 High holds around 1,000 liters

With a height of 1,140 millimetres and a capacity of around 1,000 liters, the new CB3 High from Craemer is a solution for efficient logistics of particularly large quantities or bulky goods. The strong ribbing of the lower deck ensures that the base of the container is very strong, while the one-piece construction guarantees a robust connection of the base support. Depending on the version, the CB3 High weighs 46 or 49 kilograms. For lift-and-tilt emptying, it is available on request with lateral support pins; integrated stacking cams on the outer corners lock with the stacking pockets in the base support and give the stacked boxes a secure hold.

Advantages in daily use

Thanks to their design, the new pallet boxes from Craemer offer further advantages: Additional ribs above the drive-in openings provide increased impact protection against forklift tines; the seamless design and smooth inner walls enable easy emptying, simple cleaning and drying. The containers are temperature-resistant from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius (up to +90 degrees for short periods) and are optionally available with an open 1-inch and 2-inch drain hole. If required, markings make it easier to drill out the standard closed holes with integrated thread at a later date. A transponder holder on each of the long sides enables optional retrofitting with RFID tags, while printing fields provide space for individual logo embossing, lettering or numbering. Custom-fit end covers are available as an optional extra. In addition to the two product premieres, Craemer's pallet box portfolio also includes the three-tiered, one-piece injection-moulded CB in Euro (CB1) and industrial dimensions (CB3) with closed walls, which have proven themselves in the daily handling of numerous industries - thanks to their robust and hygiene-oriented design. All Craemer pallet box models comply with the European container standards DIN EN 13626 and DIN EN ISO 12048. The Craemer Group, with its headquarters in Germany, is a manufacturer of logistics solutions with over 50 years of experience in plastics processing. The portfolio includes plastic pallets for various requirements and a wide range of transport and storage containers - from stacking boxes, round containers and tubs to pallet boxes. All Craemer products are made of polyethylene.
