Alternative to wood from Craemer

Craemer presents the Euro L1, a plastic pallet made of polyethylene. The robust and durable pallet, injection-molded in one piece with the familiar Euro dimensions of 1,200 x 800 x 150 millimetres, is robust, durable and maintenance-free.

With five stiffening profiles, it can carry 1,250 kilograms in high-bay racking and can be used with standard storage and retrieval machines and palletizers. The flat, closed runners ensure trouble-free running behavior on all commercially available conveyor technology elements in intralogistics systems. With the plastic module, Craemer provides an alternative to the widely used wooden pallets. The Palgrip anti-slip coating on the upper deck keeps the load secure even on inclines and in damp conditions. The manufacturer specifies a temperature resistance of minus 30 degrees to plus 40 degrees Celsius for the L1. The range is optionally available with Palgrip anti-slip runners, RFID transponders and outer edge variants.
