Kühne Holding wants more Lufthansa
Following the acquisition of a 15.01% stake in the share capital of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, the prospect of acquiring further Lufthansa shares was raised at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kühne Holding AG on September 5, 2022.
Klaus-Michael Kühne, owner of Kühne Holding AG, commented: "Our interest in Deutsche Lufthansa AG remains unbroken. I recently had a constructive discussion with the Chairmen of the Supervisory Board and Executive Board and have therefore endorsed their intention to acquire further Lufthansa shares when the opportunity arises."
