Jörg Rössler new Head of Human Resources at DSV

Bremen, 12.10.2017 - Jörg Rössler has held the position of HR Director at transport and logistics service provider DSV in Krefeld since October 1. He replaces his predecessor Kerstin Wrobel, who is leaving the company. With Jörg Rössler, DSV is appointing an experienced HR expert to head up HR in the DACH region within the three divisions Road, Air & Sea and Solutions. The 47-year-old is familiar with the company, having already worked for the Danish logistics company in this position from 2010 to 2014. Rössler is now returning to DSV and will be responsible for the strategic orientation of HR processes, recruiting, applicant management and measures for personnel development and promoting young talent, among other things.

Most recently, Rössler spent three years as Head of Human Resources at TX Logistik AG. His main responsibilities here included organizational development and the establishment of talent management, succession and retention programs for various employee groups. In addition to his four years at DSV, Rössler also brings know-how from his employment at TNT Express Germany, where he was responsible for various HR functions for over seven years.

The trained insurance salesman, graduate in business administration (FH) and Master of Arts (personnel development) has 19 years of professional experience in the HR sector. With his extensive expertise in both strategic and operational HR management, Rössler will head up the 16-strong HR team at DSV's Krefeld site with immediate effect. red
