Several car manufacturers have already been using vehicles from this series in production and assembly for years. The AGVs of the new Caesar generation can carry loads of up to 1,000 kilograms and measure 1,700 x 900 x 280 millimetres (length, width, height); they are highly manoeuvrable even in the tightest of spaces, says MLR. For convenient loading, the flat vehicles are equipped with a lifting unit that can be raised up to 177 millimetres if required. The drive concept with two combined drive and steering axles enables unrestricted mobility in all directions.
