Pallet handling with SW-Paratus devices can quickly and efficiently improve logistical processes with regard to the recommendations on SARS-COV-2 occupational health and safety standards. Adjust, push away, done: the patented PSV-ULTRA pallet pushing device speeds up the flow of goods many times over. It only requires one person and one industrial truck to operate it. At the heart of the modular solution is the optional slider with roller bearings, which compensates for height differences in the load carriers. Palletized goods can therefore be transferred particularly quickly from one pallet system to another. In this way, switching from plastic to aluminum or wooden pallets is just as smooth as switching from wooden pallets of various qualities. In addition, smaller, different packages can be repalletized in seconds. Saving time and minimizing the use of labour and personnel guarantee high cost efficiency and ensure rapid amortization.

The patented solution is used by logistics specialists worldwide. For international trade hubs, SW-Paratus produces versions that are adapted to customer-specific pallet systems such as American GMA pallets, half pallets, special dimensions or octabins. Mobile versions PSV-MOBIL are used on cruise ships to speed up provisioning in ports and on board. The model system for service providers in the air freight sector is also under construction: the PSV-AERO enables the repalletizing of 2x2 m metal aircraft pallets and thus optimizes pallet handling in the air cargo sector in a pioneering way.

Modular pallet stacking station for the individual pallet system
The PSS pallet stacking station is used for stacking, restacking and stocking and ensures that pallets can be used quickly. While the focus is on safety, order and cleanliness, the PSS impresses with its modular design and extremely robust construction made of strong sheet steel. Depending on the modules used, 10 + 5 + 5 pallets can be stacked on top of each other on a very small footprint with minimal space requirements. In the direct vicinity of a PSV or PSV-ULTRA pallet pushing device, the PSS organizes and accelerates the workflow. There are various versions for Euro pallets, industrial pallets, one-way pallets and half-size pallets in the range, with other customized dimensions available on request.

Two versions of plastic pallets in Euro format have now been added to the range. With this in-house development, SW-Paratus is meeting customer demand for pallets that meet hygiene standards and fulfill the requirements of the chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors. In standard and premium quality, the PalKu-01 and PalKu-02 are also ideal for re-palletizing in PSV, PSV-ULTRA and PSV-MOBIL.
