SSI Schaefer: More consistent focus on customers and the market
At the trade fair, SSI Schaefer will be presenting system solutions for intralogistics, its globally realigned sales structure for complete automated systems and the new SSI Schaefer IT Solutions GmbH. Since the beginning of 2017 (we reported), SSI Schaefer's software and IT expertise has been bundled and expanded in the newly founded SSI Schaefer IT Solutions GmbH. With the IT powerhouse consisting of over 1,000 experts, SSI Schaefer claims to be the perfect partner worldwide to analyze, optimize and visualize intralogistics processes and to meet the high technological customer requirements of the future. "We will be highlighting this expertise at LogiMAT at our own IT stand in Hall 7, emphasizing the high strategic relevance of software and information technology in internal material flow," explains Franz Bauer-Kieslinger, Managing Director of SSI Schaefer IT Solutions GmbH. Technologically advanced versions of the LogiMat warehouse lift and the Cuby single-level shuttle system can be experienced live as product exhibits in Hall 1.
