SSI Schaefer focuses on sustainability
At LogiMAT, SSI Schaefer wants to focus on its expertise in future-oriented key technologies. The aspect of sustainability is increasingly becoming an essential component of efficient, future-oriented logistics across all systems.
The company has summarized its innovative strength in the tagline "Think Tomorrow." At the main stand in Hall 1, the focus is on green logistics and solutions for manual, semi-automatic and automatic order picking for fast order processing. Sustainable intralogistics ranges from the construction of logistics real estate to green cranes, shuttle technology, green conveyor technology, predictive maintenance concepts and the switch to reusable container cycles. SSI Schaefer's custom-made constructive packaging is suitable for handling sensitive products.
SSI Schaefer offers a broad portfolio for the robotics sector. Robotics applications perform a wide variety of tasks and can be flexibly integrated into logistics systems. Both a highly dynamic solution for efficient single-item picking and a compact module for fully automatic palletizing of a homogeneous product range, for example as end-of-line palletizing, will be demonstrated.
SSI Schaefer will be exhibiting systems for storage and picking that guarantee efficient processes along the supply chain with manual, semi-automated and fully automated systems. The Logimat warehouse lift as a small parts storage and picking solution is also one of the exhibits at the trade fair of the same name. SSI Schaefer will be presenting its software portfolio, which covers all processes from warehouse to material flow management, at a separate stand in Hall 8.
