Where are logistics service providers' warehouses heading? Which automation strategy will win? materialfluss asked Marcus Karten, VP Global Business Development, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions.

Logistics start-up Wiferion presents its inductive fast-charging system for the first time. The solution enables the intermediate charging of lithium-ion batteries. Charging processes can thus be flexibly integrated into intralogistics processes and vehicle availability can be increased by up to 30 percent.

Elokon will provide Logimat visitors with an overview of its safety and assistance systems. These include environmental warning systems, mobile personal protection devices, fleet management systems, stationary warning devices and radar-based speed reduction systems.
