Dematic GmbH has successfully completed the integration of Egemin GmbH in Germany. By combining technologies, skills and experience, it is now possible to offer customers even better solutions in the field of intralogistics automation, including AGVs.

"By pooling our resources and knowledge, we are able to respond even more efficiently to the rapidly changing needs in the field of automation technology," says Jan Vercammen, Managing Director of Dematic Central Europe. Existing Egemin customers will benefit from the strong company, as Dematic can now provide even more comprehensive solutions and support.

The merger is a significant gain for Dematic. Customer management in particular will benefit, as Egemin GmbH's customer service will be integrated into the separate Dematic Services GmbH. In addition, the service and maintenance offerings will be expanded, from which customers will benefit directly.

The integration also involved the necessary coordination and changes to the internal structures of Dematic and Egemin. "We are looking forward to welcoming the new employees and look forward to a shared future," says Vercammen. With the knowledge gained, both companies will be able to pursue the common goal of delivering innovative and excellent solutions in material flow automation.
