Beumer: First prize in the "Attractive employer in the Warendorf district 2016" competition
The Beumer Group is the winner of the competition for the title of "Attractive Employer in the Warendorf District 2016". The competition was organized by the Society for Economic Development in Warendorf in Münsterland. An independent and expert jury assessed the more than 40 participants according to criteria such as flexible working hours, working atmosphere, pay and career opportunities within the company. In the category of company size from 251 to 1,000 employees, the Beumer Group prevailed against its competitors and took first place. Wolfgang Hoss, CFO of Beumer Maschinenfabrik and Head of Human Resources Burkhard Pieper accepted the award at the ceremony in Oelde.
"We are delighted with our excellent ranking. As a third-generation family business, our employees are our main focus. Their satisfaction is the prerequisite for the success of our entire company," explains Wolfgang Hoss. "That's why we at Beumer attach great importance to promoting and training our colleagues, and try to create an environment that challenges them and helps them to develop not only professionally but also personally," adds Burkhard Pieper. "For us, the award is proof that we are already doing a lot of things right in this respect."
