"At the beginning of 2021, we still felt uncertainty among our customers due to the pandemic. However, after a rather cautious start, we were able to strengthen our partnerships at home and abroad and show our customers that we are always at their side with advice, action and manpower, even in challenging times. The confidence in the economy and the associated changes were clearly reflected in our incoming orders this year. In the Systems division, we were not only able to win long-standing customers and partners for our solutions, but also notable new projects. The biggest challenge we faced in 2021, as was probably the case for many others, was the procurement of sensitive parts. The resulting shifts in the various construction phases and the end products have presented us with challenges in the supply chain and in project realization. There are still problems with the procurement of important electronic components. The situation is only expected to ease in the medium term. The conclusion of 2021: consistently positive and successful with various interesting challenges, which we were able to master as the Stöcklin Group."
