A professional against heat and cold

In industrial buildings, huge amounts of energy are consumed to maintain pleasant temperatures, in summer by air conditioning systems and in winter by heating systems. The Revolution Fan from Rite-Hite is a successful energy saver that ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round.

Effective with every rotation
The extraordinary industrial fan rotates gently and quietly almost unnoticed on the hall ceiling. At the same time, it is extremely powerful and moves enormous volumes of air at a low speed. This enables it to achieve efficient air circulation in almost any building, resulting in considerable energy savings.

As climate change progresses, summers are getting hotter and hotter. The extremely high temperatures are also causing serious problems in large industrial halls. When heat builds up in the factory, every movement becomes stressful and staff performance drops significantly. The use of a Rite-Hite ceiling fan can quickly improve the situation. With effective air movement, it creates a healthy indoor climate in the entire work area and staff benefit from the pleasant cooling breeze. Air conditioning systems can certainly also solve the heat problem, but they often produce very cold air, which increases the risk of catching a cold. They also pollute the environment and drive up operating costs. If an air conditioning system is installed in the building, the Revolution Fan can be used as an ideal supplement, as it distributes the cooled air evenly and evenly throughout the room, thus equalizing the ambient temperature. This effective effect can significantly reduce the output of the air conditioning system. This not onlyreduces CO2 emissions in an environmentally friendly way, it also reduces energy consumption by up to 20 %. Comfortable ambient temperatures protect the health of the workforce and prevent heat stress-related complaints. The Revolution Fan also contributes to safety. The effective air circulation reduces the formation of condensation on hall floors and thus reduces the risk of accidents caused by slippery surfaces.

Revolution in winter too?
In times of sharply rising energy prices, every opportunity to save heating costs in winter is welcome. This is exactly what the Revolution Fan from Rite-Hite can do. By circulating the air layers, it transports heat to where it is needed. The fan draws in warm heating air that accumulates under hall ceilings and distributes it evenly downwards. This also creates pleasant temperatures in the work area on the hall floor. The control temperature of existing heating systems can be significantly reduced, saving up to 30 % on heating costs. The mixing of the air layers optimally balances the ambient temperature in the industrial hall. The Revolution Fan therefore also supports production processes that require a constant temperature at all room heights.

Dynamic - aesthetic - quiet
Behind the elegant appearance of the Revolution Fan, you would hardly suspect its incredible performance. The 4-blade ceiling fan can direct the air from its center up to 26 m in all directions and covers an area of 2000 m². The innovative design enables an even air flow along the blades, avoiding air holes directly under the fan. All models in the Revolution series have a 3-way safety connection from the motor to the hub as well as retaining cables and clamps. An additional safety ring secures the motor-hub connection. Equipped with a universal steel bracket, the fan can be installed effortlessly and is quickly ready for use. The installation height is between 4.5 and 24 m measured from the hall floor to the underside of the blade. The robust, quiet motor ensures reliable, virtually maintenance-free operation with a long service life.

Smart demand-oriented control
With the user-friendly Fan Commander control unit, the user can adjust the speed of the fan at any time and switch between forward and reverse operation. The smart control unit enables up to 24 fans to be coordinated from just one location, with remote operation also possible. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved with demand-oriented programming, i.e. the fans are only switched on when ventilation is required. The Fan Commander can also be optimally integrated into modern building automation systems. This means that diagnostics can be carried out with other building functions in order to further optimize the energy balance.

A product with a strong future
The Revolution from Rite-Hite is a worthwhile investment for building operators in many respects. Thanks to its highly efficient operation, it contributes significantly to a positive energy balance and makes an important contribution to the environment. Companies benefit from significant cost savings and employees can enjoy a pleasant working environment.
