A breath of fresh air with a savings effect
Generating pleasant temperatures in large halls is difficult and expensive. The XL3 industrial fan from Rite-Hite helps to save valuable energy and creates a healthy indoor climate. It moves enormous volumes of air at low speed and ensures efficient air circulation in almost any building all year round.
The winter-saving effect: the XL3 distributes warm heating air that accumulates under hall ceilings evenly downwards, creating pleasant temperatures in the working area on the hall floor. The control temperature of existing heating systems can be significantly reduced. Up to 30 % of heating costs can be saved.
The summer savings effect: In overheated halls, the XL3 fan provides a gentle and cooling breeze, so that existing air conditioning systems can be set significantly lower. This can save up to 20 % in energy costs.
High employee comfort: The XL3 fan from Rite-Hite creates comfortable working conditions and protects the health of staff. In hot summer months, it helps to prevent unpleasant heat build-up in halls and the resulting heat stress complaints among employees. The efficient ventilation provided by the fan also ensures dry hall floors and thus reduces the risk of accidents for employees and vehicles caused by wet and slippery surfaces.
Safe and efficient: The XL3 covers an area of 2000m2 and directs the air from its center up to 26 m in all directions. The special design enables an even air flow along the rotor blades, thus avoiding air holes directly under the fan. All XL3 models have a 3-way safety connection from the motor to the hub as well as retaining cables and clamps. An additional safety ring secures the motor-hub connection.
Quick installation: The XL3 fan is equipped with a universal steel bracket and can be installed quickly and easily. The installation height is between 4.5 and 24 m measured from the hall floor to the underside of the rotor blade.
Easy to use: With the user-friendly control unit, the user can adjust the speed of the XL3 at any time and switch between forward and reverse operation. Up to 4 fans can be operated synchronously with one control unit. The XL3 fan's robust motor ensures reliable and virtually maintenance-free operation with a long service life.
