Söhner Kunststofftechnik: A load carrier with modern transponder technology

Söhner Kunststofftechnik GmbH will be showcasing new developments and trends in the field of reusable transport packaging in Stuttgart. Since their market launch, the foldable large load carriers of the MegaPack series have proven themselves in practical use by customers. The folding systems impress with their low weight, easy handling and a volume reduction of up to 85 percent. Söhner is now presenting the next development stage of the MegaPack folding systems: a large load carrier with modern transponder technology. RFID chips or barcodes are used to provide the load carriers with an unmistakable identification. They can be digitally recorded and tracked. In addition, product and content information can be stored on the RFID chips, which can also be read again without opening the load carrier.
